Supporting Your Nervous System
On Day One, we will explore how grief affects our nervous system and discover how supporting it during this time can create more space for healing. This support helps us build a greater capacity to be with our difficult emotions and feelings. Through a guided somatic practice, we will offer our nervous system the support it needs by creating some distance from our pain, connecting with our body, and providing it with deep rest.

Resourcing
On day two, we will focus on further supporting our nervous system with a tool called resourcing. Resourcing helps our mind and body attune to feelings of safety and stability. It’s a helpful tool to use when we are feeling emotionally flooded or even when we are feeling numb or shut down. Today, we'll practice resourcing and observe how our body responds, helping us to discover what resource works best for us. This will also be an important tool as we begin processing grief on day three.

Nourishing Your Soul and Replenishing Your Energy
On day four we will focus on nourishing our soul and replenishing our energy. Grief often depletes our energy, making it hard to manage our daily lives. With so much energy moving out, it’s important that we make a conscious effort to replenish our energy and care for ourselves during this process. Today’s guided practice will help us check in with our inner self to discover what we need to replenish our energy, nourish our soul, and create balance.

Navigating the Loss of Self
On day five, we’ll explore navigating the feeling of losing our sense of self. Losing someone or something can make us feel disconnected from who we are. We can find ourselves in a sort of limbo period, where we aren’t who we used to be before the loss, but we aren’t yet who we are becoming. Today’s meditation will support us through this period, helping us feel grounded as we connect to our inner self and allow us to feel empowered, trusting that we're on the path to feeling whole again.
