Hi, I’m Ashley.
I’m a Somatic Healing and Nervous System Coach.
I support people moving through grief and loss, chronic illness, divorce, breakups, and other major life changes. I also work with those experiencing chronic anxiety, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered that you can’t just think your way into feeling better. True healing begins when you include the body and the nervous system in the process.
Through gentle, body-based, and trauma-informed work, I help you work with the impact of your experiences - how they live in the body and shape the way you move through life - so you can feel more like yourself again, move through life with greater ease, and feel more connected to life.
